Support Call – My Mobile will not Connect through its SIP Client

I had a problem where my mobile would not connect. I posted a support ticket and they followed-up very promptly. Once, they had my external IP, they were able to see that my account was locked due to an erroneous password attempt (me, or someone else – I’ll never know). My account was unlocked and I was away.
